Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Diaz Hernandez worked at McConnell Valdes as a Summer Associate in 2008 and 2009. Before attending law school, she received a master's degree in Sociology from the University of Puerto Rico. She also worked as a preventive counselor in the Municipality of San Juan's AIDS Prevention Program. Throughout law school, Ms. Diaz Hernandez was a member of the University of Maryland School of Law Journal of Business and Technology Law. During her final year, she served as an Associate Editor.
