Alba I Joubert-Pereira
Mrs. Joubert-Pereira's practice includes general Puerto Rico taxes such as income, property, sales and use and municipal license taxes, federal income taxation and employee benefits.
During law school, Mrs. Joubert-Pereira served as an editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review and as Teaching Assistant to Professor Ernesto L. Chiesa, working in the editing process of his most recent publication "Derecho Procesal Penal: Etapa Investigativa".
