Alfredo M. Hopgood-Jovet 

His practice concentrates in labor and employment law, including counseling and litigation in areas such as employment discrimination, disability, workers' compensation and other leaves of absences, wage and hour, mergers and acquisitions, individual rights, labor arbitration and employment termination.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Labor Relations Practitioners and is a frequent guest speaker for the Society for Human Resources Management, the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association, the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, and the Comité de Patronos.

Mr. Hopgood has argued several times before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals. His published opinions include:
