Antonio Escudero-Viera
Mr. Escudero’s practice includes advice on structuring commercial transactions, purchase and sale of businesses, as well as corporate reorganizations; he also advises businesses and individuals with regard to the operation, expansion and transfer of their businesses.
Mr. Escudero counsels individuals on estate planning, wills and wealth preservation including asset protection trusts.
For twelve years Mr. Escudero-Viera served as the Firm’s Managing Partner.
He is member of the “Academia Puertorriqueña de Jurisprudencia y Legislación”, where he chairs the Corporation Law Committee and Co-chairs the Trust Legislation Committee.
Mr. Escudero advises Bristol Myers Squibb, IPR Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a part of AstraZeneca, DuPont, 3M Company, Colgate, St. Jude Medical, among others, on commercial transactions.
