Eduardo A. Zayas-Marxuach
Mr. Zayas-Marxuach joined McConnell Valdés in November 2000, after serving as a judicial clerk to the Honorable José A. Andréu García, then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, and to the Honorable Salvador E. Casellas of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
He has developed a general civil and commercial practice, at both the federal and state court levels, with emphasis on distribution and franchising, contractual disputes and trusts and estates, particularly estate litigation. Mr. Zayas-Marxuach also has experience in litigation involving health law matters.
