Esteban R. (Ricky) Bengoa
Mr. Bengoa concentrates his practice on Puerto Rico tax incentive issues, and will also be available to provide support to the general corporate, real estate, and health care law practice areas.
Mr. Bengoa commenced his legal career at McConnell Valdes in 1981; before joining Pfizer, he was a Capital Partner at the firm and head of the Tax Exemption Practice Area. Prior to re-joining the Firm, he was the General Counsel for the Puerto Rico operations of Pfizer for almost a decade supporting the manufacturing and sales & marketing divisions.
