Jessica A. Figueroa-Arce 

Ms. Figueroa provides legal counseling in all areas of labor and employment law including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, welfare benefits and reorganizations. She actively litigates labor and employment lawsuits and administrative matters in both local and federal forums. She has also handled legislative and government matters. Ms. Figueroa has lectured on various topics for clients of the firm. She is also an active participant of and speaker for the Firm’s Pro Bono Program.

Ms. Figueroa has published various articles for the Firm's Labor Perspectives newsletter.
