Jorge J. Rexach-Vaquer
Mr. Rexach’s primary practice area is real estate, mortgage law, property registry issues, corporate law, business reorganization and other major transactions.
Before joining McConnell Valdés, Mr. Rexach worked as a Senior Associate at Rodriguez & Luis CPA, PSC, a San Juan Certified Public Accountants & Consultants firm where he primarily provided clients tax and business advisory services. Mr. Rexach was also a staff writer for the Law Review Journal of the Inteamerican University School of Law.
Mr. Rexach is a Certified Public Accountant.
