Luis Roberto Amadeo-Carrón 

Mr. Amadeo's areas of practice include Employment Discrimination litigation and appeals under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA and local employment statutes, Sexual Harassment, mediation before the EEOC and state deferral agencies, Wage and Hour litigation, Workers' Compensation, Union Arbitration, Unfair Labor Practices pursuant to the NLRA, ERISA litigation, and consulting for employers in Employee Welfare Benefits and various areas of local and federal Labor & Employment Law.

He joined McConnell Valdés in 1997. Before joining the Firm he worked for Indiano Williams & Weinstein-Bacal, a mass-tort, complex litigation firm. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Amadeo practiced Commercial Litigation, Consumer Class Action Litigation and Employment Law in the State of Florida. In 2006, he re-joined McConnell Valdés.

Mr. Amadeo has litigated before the Puerto Rico Courts of Appeals and the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. He has been involved in ADA, ADEA, Title VII, NLRA and ERISA cases before the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and Insurance and FLSA suits before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
