Miguel Palou-Sabater

His practice has always been in the labor and employment law field and his representation has been limited to employers, both private and public. Such practice has included litigation of all types of employment discrimination cases, wage and hour claims, union representation and unfair labor practice proceedings, and labor arbitration. It has also included collective bargaining, interpretation of labor agreements and the handling of labor disputes.

Mr. Palou joined the firm in 1996 after a twenty five year labor practice as senior partner in the Ledesma, Palou & Miranda law firm. Before starting his law practice, he served three years in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the United States Army.

He is a member of the Puerto Rico-Virgin Islands Association of Labor Relations Practitioners, which he presided in 1975.
