Omar J. Cuadrado Santana
Mr. Cuadrado Santana experience includes controversies involving torts law, administrative law, family law, medical malpractice, construction law and contracts, among others. Before joining McConnell Valdés, Mr. Cuadrado Santana worked at Guzmán & Rodríguez López Law Offices, where he developed strong litigation techniques and had the opportunity to deal with all kind of civil litigation procedures, such as Mandamus Hearings, trials and appellate procedures.
While obtaining his bachelor's degree, Mr. Cuadrado Santana worked in the cost accounting department of Cutler-Hammer of Puerto Rico, Inc. He also worked in other business areas such as sales, marketing and auditing.
While acquiring his Juris Doctor and MBA degrees, Mr. Cuadrado Santana, served as a law clerk at a local law firm. He worked mostly with cases regarding family and torts law. Mr. Cuadrado Santana also worked as a strategic planner and tax consultant at two locals firms.
