Patricia Salichs is an Associate in the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group of McConnell Valdés LLC since 2010.
PRACTICE
Ms. Salichs’ practice focuses on real estate, mortgage law, commercial lending, secured transactions, real property taxes, and general corporate law. She has advised financial institutions in credit workouts and restructuring of debt transactions, the transfer of distressed property, and the enforcement of judgments and extra judicial settlements. She has also actively participated in the negotiation, structuring, and closing of all types of finance transactions. Additionally, she has extensive expericence in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and operation of real properties, including, among others, storage facilities, major hotel/hospitality developments, planned communities, shopping centers, public housing, and telecommunications tower sites.
Before joining McConnell Valdés, Ms. Salichs worked as an Associate at O’Neill & Borges from 2005 to 2010.
EDUCATION
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
ADMISSIONS
Ms. Salichs is admitted to practice and is a Notary in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and a member of the American Bar Association and the Puerto Rico Notary Association.
