Rebecca Páez-Rodríguez 

Ms. Páez-Rodríguez served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Francisco Rebollo López, Associate Justice of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. She concentrates in labor and employment law, including counseling and litigation in local and federal courts in areas such as employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, American with Disabilities Act, Title VII, ADEA, worker's compensation and other leaves of absences, labor arbitration and employment termination. She provides counseling in daily management of human resources, techniques for proper supervision and sexual harassment. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Páez-Rodríguez served as Labor Advisor for the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Honorable Luis G. Fortuño.

She has lectured on various labor and employment law topics for the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, Puerto Rico Manufactures Association, Puerto Rico Bar Association, as well as other professional organizations, several financial institutions, insurance carriers and public corporations.

She was also an adjunct Professor of Law at the Interamerican University, School of Law.
