Richard Graffam
Mr. Graffam's practice includes general civil and commercial litigation and consulting, including products liability, maritime casualties and distributor and franchise law both in state and federal courts.
He joined McConnell Valdés in 1990. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Graffam served as a law clerk to United States District Court, Judge Raymond L. Acosta in the District of Puerto Rico.
Mr. Graffam has served on the Executive Boards, both nationally and locally, of the Federal Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Inter-American Bar Association and remains active in all three organizations. He is also a Procter in the Maritime Law Association.
