Salvador F. Casellas
He clerked for the Chief Justice of Puerto Rico, Hon. Victor Pons from 1986 to 1987 and for Hon. Juan R. Torruella, Circuit Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Mr. Casellas has developed an extensive practice in commercial and corporate law, with particular emphasis on commercial lending, secured transactions, project finance and real estate transactions.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
