María Cristina Salas Díaz is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group.

Practice Areas

Ms. Salas-Diaz's main areas of practice are banking, as well as, general corporate law. Before joining McConnell Valdés, Ms. Salas-Diaz worked as a senior auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Miami Office) and as the financial manager at Salas-Soler Law Firm.

Education

In 1998, Ms. Salas-Diaz obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration with major in Accounting, cum laude, from Boston College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2004, where she received the "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges" Award. Ms. Salas-Diaz obtained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1999.

Ms. Salas-Diaz is admitted to practice of law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
