Jessica A. Figueroa Arce is an Associate in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group.
Practice
Ms. Figueroa provides legal counseling in all areas of labor and employment law including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, welfare benefits and reorganizations. She is a member of the Leaves and Accommodations Practice Team. She actively litigates labor and employment lawsuits and administrative matters in both local and federal forums. She has also handled legislative and government matters. Ms. Figueroa has lectured on various topics for clients of the firm. She is also an active participant of and speaker for the Firm's Pro Bono Program.
Education
She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico in 2002. Ms. Figueroa received her Juris Doctor from University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2005.
Admissions
She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Federal Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Ms. Figueroa is also an authorized Public Notary for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. She is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association.
