Rafael Pérez-Bachs is a Capital Member in the Litigation Practice Group and part of the Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Practice Area.

Practice Areas

Concentrates on bankruptcy, asbestos defense, personal injury, toxic torts, products liability, civil rights and general civil and commercial litigation.

Education

He obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Georgetown University (1968) and an LLB from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law (1971).
