Practice Areas

Miss Toro's practice includes corporate taxes, tax incentives laws and general Puerto Rico state and local taxes, such as income, sales and use, property, excise and municipal license taxes.

Experience

Before joining McConnell Valdés LLC, Miss Toro worked as an auditor in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services Practice of Ernst & Young LLP in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She also interned with the Tax Department of Deloitte & Touch LLP in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Education

Miss Toro obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from the Río Piedras Campus of the University of Puerto Rico in 2001, and her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2007.

Admissions

Miss Toro is a Certified Public Accountant and she is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
