Luis F. Llach Zúñiga is an Associate in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group.

His main areas of practice include general labor and employment legislation, including employment termination, discrimination and retaliation claims, among other areas, in both local and federal courts.

Experience

Before joining McConnell Valdés, he worked as an associate in the Labor and Employment Law Department of Fiddler González & Rodríguez, P.S.C. Prior to that, Mr. Llach Zúñiga worked as an associate in the labor and Employment Law Department of Goldman Antonetti & Córdova. During law school, Mr. Llach Zúñiga worked as a summer associate in the Litigation Division of Fiddler González & Rodríguez, P.S.C., worked as a student law clerk to the Honorable District Judge Daniel R. Domínguez at the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and worked as a student law clerk in the Labor & Employment Law Department of Goldman Antonetti & Córdova.

Education

Mr. Llach Zúñiga obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from The University of Virginia (UVA) in May of 2001. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in June of 2003.

Admissions

Mr. Llach Zúñiga is admitted to practice before the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is also a Notary Public.

Mr. Llach Zúñiga is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar and the United States District Court Bar. He is also a member of the Section of Labor and Employment Law of the American Bar Association.
