ROBERT (Bob) VAN KIRK
The McConnell Valdés family - staff, lawyers and management - grieve the sudden loss of our dear friend and partner, Robert (Bob) Van Kirk, on Sunday, October 25, 2009. For more than four decades Bob was a mentor to countless attorneys in our firm.
Bob was instrumental in helping numerous local, US and foreign companies to establish operations in Puerto Rico. His dedication and incessant efforts to this task made possible the economic development of Puerto Rico, because these companies--some are still operating in Puerto Rico--continue to be sources of employment for our community. For these efforts, we will always be thankful to Bob Van Kirk.
We sadly inform you of this profound loss to our firm and to the Puerto Rico legal community.
