The Environmental, Energy & Land Use Practice Group has a thorough understanding of all aspects of zoning and planning laws and regulations promulgated by Puerto Rico's central and autonomous municipal governments, and all federal laws with land use implications on the Island. Our land use representation covers all facets of commercial, industrial, touristic and residential developments along the coastlines and inland areas of Puerto Rico, and ranges from the preliminary development stages, such as environmental impact reviews, location approvals and rezoning procedures, to the final stages of development including demolition, construction and use permitting.
