His main area of practice is general civil litigation.
While in law school, he participated as a student attorney in the Economic Development & Sustainability section of the University of Puerto Rico Law School Legal Aid Clinic. He also served as an Associate Editor of the eighty-second volume of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, he worked as a Special Executive Manager at the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) from 2009 to 2011. There, he directed the implementation of initiatives to promote the economic development of Puerto Rico through the manufacturing sector. He also contributed with the regulatory reporting and compliance to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of public debt issued by the company.
Mr. Martínez-Valldejuli has been an active member of JAM (Jóvenes Amigos del Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico), a non-profit organization that raises funds for the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico since its inception in 2012.
