Her main area of practice is general labor & employment law.
Ms. Sabater Baerga worked at the Firm as a Summer Associate in 2014 and 2015. While in law school, she was a Research Assistant for the Professor Efrén Rivera Ramos for two consecutive years as well as a Fall Intern to Judge Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 2015.
While in law school, Ms. Sabater Baerga coauthored two articles: A Spoiled Spoils System: Puerto Rico’s Epidemic of Political Discrimination and the Federal Courts, 85 Rev. Jur. UPR 1305 (2016), and Análisis del Término del Tribunal Supremo de Puerto Rico: Derecho Constitucional, 85 Rev. Jur. UPR 417 (2016).
