Puerto Rico Supreme Court dismisses 93 penalties against Toys "R" Us.

The Puerto Rico Supreme Court dismissed 93 penalties issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO) against Toys "R" Us for allegedly not complying with the Advertising Regulation. The monetary value of the penalties was close to $40,000. Litigation Capital Member Dora Peñagarícano led the team, composed of María C. Cartagena and Edwin León.
