The members and personnel of McConnell Valdés deeply mourn the loss of Rafael Pérez-Bachs, former capital member of the Firm, who worked here for all of his successful 46 year career as a litigator specialized in bankruptcy matters.
Rafa was always recognized for his vast legal knowledge and encyclopedic memory, as well as for his noble heart. We are honored to have had the privilege of working with him and will always remember him with great affection. He will be missed.
