McConnell Valdés Consulting, PRISA Group and Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the groundbreaking for Puerto Rico’s fourth Hyatt branded select service hotel, the $29.7 million Hyatt Place San Juan. This follows the October 1 opening of the Hyatt House San Juan. Hyatt Place San Juan will be developed by a joint venture between affiliates of McConnell Valdés Consulting, PRISA Group and Hyatt. The hotel will be located in the Puerto Rico Convention District in San Juan, adjacent to the Hyatt House San Juan.
