Labor & Employment Law attorneys Anita Montaner-Sevillano and Sandra L. Negrón will be speaking about new developments in sexual harassment, inclusion and gender equality laws during the Society for Human Resources Managements's upcoming Labor Symposium.
During the conference, titled New Appoaches to Sexual Harrasment: Breaking Molds to Create an Inclusion and Gender Equality Culture, they will discuss up-to-date topics such as the impact of the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements, best practices for the prevention of legal claims, crisis and social media challenges, among other relevant topics.
