Ms. Rivera-Rodríguez is McConnell Valdés Consulting’s Director of Finance, responsible for the development of financial models and economic impact studies of McVC's current and prospective projects, including the development of over $5 billion dollars in commercial projects in Puerto Rico and Florida. She also oversees the day-to-day accounting and reporting of McVC's $350 million dollar portfolio assets which include hotels, casinos and other commercial venues.
She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner with over eleven years of experience in private accounting. Before joining McVC, she was responsible for all the accounting functions related to Wireless Idea Corp.’s Central America, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil operations. She also analyzed financial information to identify trends, and forecasting business, markets, and economic conditions for use in making investments in LATAM markets.
Ms. Rivera-Rodríguez obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey. She is admitted to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is member of the College of Certified Public Accountants of Puerto Rico.
