Fabio Jiménez-Cadena

Fabio Jiménez-Cadena's main area of practice includes general corporate matters and real estate law. 

Before attending law school, Fabio completed 15 doctoral credits at the University of Puerto Rico's Educational Organizations Leadership Doctoral Program (Ed.D), where he gained expertise in assessment and strategic planning. He also worked in the private educational sector at Vida y Ciencia Corp., obtaining experience in marketing by implementing science-focused educational activities at more than 200 private and public schools throughout Puerto Rico. Later, he obtained managerial experience handling special projects, leading teams and organizing the import logistics for the company. 

While in law school he implemented the 2020–2023 Strategic Plan at the Probono Enlace through the creation of the Strategic Plan Committee. Enlace Probono offers educational seminars to public school students interested in pursuing a legal career.  He also worked as research assistant for Dr. Érika Fontánez-Torres, standing out as co-author of the article "La Propiedad y la Clasificación de los Bienes en el Código Civil de Puerto Rico 2020” 91 Rev. Jur. U.P.R. 1023 (2022), published in the UPR Law Journal. As a result of the publication, he received an invitation to participate as a panelist in the First Congress of the Puerto Rican Civil Code, which was held at the Colegio de Abogados de Puerto Rico in April 2022.  He also wrote an article titled "Las Fundaciones Privadas y las Organizaciones Sin Fines de Lucro: Comparación entre el Código de Rentas Internas de Puerto Rico y el Código de Rentas Internas Federal," which will be published on the 93rd edition of the University of Puerto Rico's Law Journal.

In 2022 Fabio worked at McV as a Summer Associate.
