Ms. Arriaga is a financial analyst at McConnell Valdés Consulting. She is in charge of preparing financial reports, comparative reports, operations budgets and spreadsheet development for McVC's properties as well as current and proposed projects. Ms. Arriaga is also in charge of analyzing current and past financial performances and assisting in internal accounting processes of McVC's properties and projects.
Before joining McVC, she worked at an accounting firm where she was responsible for performing routine and moderately complex clerical accounting (ex. accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, payroll, etc.) and analyzing routine to moderately complex data/processes. For 5 years she was part of the pre-intervention team of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico.
She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management Development with a minor in Accounting from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, where she also earned an MBA in Industrial Management.
Ms. Arriaga is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and licensed to practice real estate by the Department of State of Puerto Rico.
