Javier Aquino-Vidal focuses his practice on federal and state court litigation of commercial matters at both trial and appellate levels.
His experience includes participating in collection actions, claims brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), antitrust matters, and trademark infringement, general tort and breach of contract disputes, among others.
Javier worked at the firm as a Summer Associate in 2019. While in law school, he worked as a student clerk for the Hon. Juan M. Pérez Giménez of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the Hon. Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He also served as a research assistant to Professor William Vázquez-Irizarry of the University of Puerto Rico.
