Héctor G. Díaz-Tapia focuses his practice on civil litigation and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining McConnell Valdés as an Associate, Héctor participated in the firm's Summer Program during the summers of 2024 and 2025. He subsequently gained experience in complex commercial, insurance, and personal injury litigation, working on all phases of the litigation process, including legal research, motion practice, discovery management, case assessment, and client communications.
Prior to attending law school, he earned a master's degree in history and worked for several years as a history teacher. His academic and professional background has contributed to the strong research, writing, and analytical skills he brings to his legal practice.
