Cordero-Varela were the featured guest speakers during the Puerto Rico College of Health Services Administrators’ Conference held before a full house on February 2, 2017. Mr. Nöel and Mrs. Cordero-Varela discussed at length the newly enacted Employment Transformation and Flexibility Act.
