McConnell Valdés congratulates its client, EcoExploratorio, Puerto Rico’s first science museum, on signing the Ground Lease and Development Agreement with the Puerto Rico Convention Center District Authority for the parcel of land within the Convention Center District where the future home of the museum will be built at a cost of $50 million.
