Important Ruling Concerning Right to Jury Trial in Civil Cases before Puerto Rico Courts

U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit issues a per curiam opinion holding that Puerto Rico
is “not constitutionally required to provide a jury trial in civil cases.”
