IN MEMORIAM: Roberto L. Cabañas
The members and personnel of McConnell Valdés mourn the loss of Roberto L. Cabañas, a dear colleague, friend and partner of the Firm.
For the past 35 years, Roberto held an important position at McConnell Valdés. He developed a prominent career in the tax legal field, participating in numerous and important projects that resulted in the economic and social well-being of Puerto Rico. He also held different leadership positions at the firm. His dedication and commitment to McConnell Valdés, to his clients and to his co-workers, marked all who had the privilege of working with him.
In addition to being an excellent legal professional, Roberto was passionate about traveling the world, getting to know different cultures, enriching himself with the diversity of each place he visited and then imparting what he knew to all those around him with the desire to broaden our horizons.
We will always remember him with great affection and respect for his passion in everything he undertook.
He will be missed. May he rest in peace.
