Francisco González-Nieto rejoins McConnell Valdés
We are pleased to announce that Franscisco González-Nieto, "Kico", has rejoined the Firm as Senior Counsel in our Real Estate, Hospitality and Finance Practice Group.
Kico brings extensive experience advising local and international clients on a broad range of real estate, corporate and commercial matters. Throughout his distinguished legal career, he has represented developers, financial institutions, governmental entities, underwriters, issuers, and major corporate clients in some of Puerto Rico’s most significant financing, infrastructure, real estate, healthcare, and privatization transactions. He has also served as counsel in numerous securities and municipal bond offerings and possesses substantial experience in corporate governance, commercial transactions, and strategic business counseling.
Prior to rejoining McConnell Valdés, he was the Founder and President of González-Nieto Law Office, P.S.C. He also previously practiced with other leading law firms in Puerto Rico.
