McConnell Valdés' Response to COVID-19

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread I wanted to let you know what McConnell Valdés  is doing to respond to this emergency.

First and foremost, our priority is the safety and well-being of our people, families, clients, and the communities in which we live and work.

We have put in place a team to monitor the COVID-19 public health emergency in Puerto Rico and to put measures in place that ensure the safety of our people as well as maintain business continuity for our clients.

We are assessing the situation and following all recommendations from the World Health Organization, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention ("CDC"), and local authorities and update and share guidance with our attorneys and staff so they are fully informed on how to protect themselves, their families, and their clients against transmission of the virus.

Please be assured that, while we are focused on the health and safety of our attorneys and staff, we remain committed to delivering quality service to our clients. We have plans in place to ensure that we can continue to deliver the highest level of quality service and execution during these unique circumstances.
