McV Welcomes Marshal D. Morgan

We are pleased to announce that Marshal D. Morgan has joined the Firm as Counsel in our Litigation Practice Group.

Marshal served as a United States Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico from 2018 to 2026. Prior to his judicial appointment, he spent ten years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Puerto Rico, where he served as Chief of the Crimes Against Children and Human Trafficking Unit. Earlier in his career, he practiced at several law firms in the mainland United States and Puerto Rico, including his own firm, where he managed complex commercial litigation matters.
