Administrative Bulletin 2020-034 Amends Shelter-in-Place Curfew Hours

 | ⏱ 1 minute read

On April 14, 2020, Governor Wanda Vázquez-Garced signed Administrative Bulletin EO-2020-034 to amend the shelter-in-place schedule set forth under Section 1 of Executive Order 2020-033. These amendments were introduced after local Mayors requested the Governor to reestablish the lockdown schedule imposed under Executive Order 2020-029.

Amended Shelter-In-Place Curfew Hours

Beginning on April 15, 2020 and ending on May 3, 2020, the mandatory “Shelter-In-Place” order requiring all Puerto Rico residents to remain in their residence or place of lodging shall start daily at 7:00 pm and end at 5:00 am.

As an exception, businesses authorized to open pursuant to EO-2020-033 may remain open until 8:00 p.m., but may only serve individuals who work in hospitals, clinical labs and public order.

Please note that all remaining provisions of EO-2020-033 stay in effect.
