Public Hearings on Draft Joint Permits Regulation
On March 3, 2018, the Puerto Rico Planning Board published a notice announcing a series of public hearings to present the draft Joint Regulation for the Evaluation and Issuance of Permits Related to Development, Land Use, and Business Operations (“Draft Joint Regulation”). The public is encouraged to participate and submit comments.

The Draft Joint Regulation is available at: www.jp.pr.gov; the Clerk’s Office of the Puerto Rico Planning Board at the sixteenth (16th) floor of the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center; and the Permits Management Office Central Office at the eleventh (11th) floor of the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center; as well as in several Permits Management Office regional offices and several municipal permits offices.
A thirty (30) day period to submit written comments began on date of the publication of the announcement. Comments may be submitted at the Puerto Rico Planning Board’s Clerks’ Office, to the mailing address Apartado 41119, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00940-1119; or at comentariosjp@jp.pr.gov.
