Our team was recently involved in a $65,000,000 transaction for the structuring, land acquisition/lease, development and financing of three hotels in Central Florida. Work included the negotiation and documentation of the land title documents, the joint venture documents with the capital partners, the financing documents with lender and the agreements with the hotel management company and construction agreements with Florida contractor.
We recently represented investors in a $30 million new hotel project in Orlando which included the negotiation of a Franchise Agreement with a major hotel chain, the negotiation of a joint venture with a Georgia-based investor and the negotiation of a $21 million senior credit facility.
Furthermore, we represent a company in the structuring, financing and development of a car services franchise in Central Florida and its expansion throughout Florida and other states. Work includes the drafting and negotiation of joint venture documents and the management agreements for the operation of each venture.
