Mainland U.S.-based nonprofit organizations seek our Firm’s counsel regarding compliance issues under Puerto Rico tax, corporate, and labor laws when establishing local offices, managing volunteers, and providing grants to local organizations. In addition, the Firm counsels businesses and individuals interested in establishing and implementing corporate and private foundations and other charitable programs.
