Labor & Employment Law Capital Member James D. Noël was one of the featured guest speakers during the Puerto Rico College of Health Services Administrators’ Conference held June 1, 2016.
Mr. Noel, who is member of the Firm’s Health Care Practice, talked about the recently enacted Act 254, which will regulate the nursing profession in Puerto Rico.
