Update on Eviction Proceedings Before U.S. District Court

Consistent with federal moratoriums and to ensure that no persons are evicted during this crisis, all eviction proceedings in foreclosure cases are stayed until May 30, 2020, and all motions and pending judicial actions in such foreclosure cases are denied without prejudice.  These motion may be refiled after May 30, 2020.
