December 14, 2023 marks the closing of the largest public-private partnership in the history of Puerto Rico. For a concession fee of $2.85 billion, our client, Metropistas, successfully entered into a Concession Agreement with the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority.
We are grateful for Metropistas’ trust and proud of our Firm’s hard work and determination to close on this landmark transaction, which is critical to the improvement of our island’s infrastructure.
