The World Trademark Review 1000 (“WTR 1000“), a renowned publication featuring the top trademark law practices and practitioners around the globe, has recognized McV’s Intellectual Property Practice Team in its 2020 edition.

WTR 1000 also ranked Dora Peñagarícano and Roberto Quiñones-Rivera as leading IP practitioners, calling them “litigation superstars.”  Ms. Peñagarícano, who co-chairs the IP Team along with Mr. Quiñones, was described as an IP authority who is highly influential in international committees and associations.  Mr. Quiñones was described as bringing “complex litigation know-how to the table, which comes in handy when challenging anti-counterfeiting cases arise.”

WTR 1000 shines a spotlight on outstanding firms and individuals in this critical area of legal practice. Firms and attorneys qualify for a listing on the basis of their depth of expertise, market presence and the level of work they handle.
