Roberto Prats-Palerm Joins McV as Capital Member

We are pleased to announce that Roberto Prats-Palerm joined the Firm as a Capital Member in our Litigation Practice Group and the Government Affairs Team. A substantial part of his legal practice has been devoted to developing legal and advocacy strategies for the insurance, healthcare and public and private partnership sectors in Puerto Rico, as well as commercial litigation.

Mr. Prats has ample litigation experience in state and federal courts, which includes filing several Amicus Curiae briefs in both the P. R. Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. Prior to joining McV, he had a distinguished public service career, having served as a Senator in the Puerto Rico Legislature and as a Federal and Public Affairs Advisor.
